The Haybarn is a little different from a traditional holiday cottage because it has been designed to be flexible around you. Depending on the size of your party, it can be configured as a one-bedroom, two-bedroom or three-bedroom retreat, making it equally well suited to a romantic escape for two, a family holiday or a getaway with friends.

There are free-range chickens around the farm and our dogs are part of country life here too, so this is very much a working home rather than a characterless holiday complex.

Yes. We welcome well-behaved dogs at The Haybarn. Norfolk is a wonderful place for dogs, with plenty of countryside and coastal walks to explore. To make a booking with a dog please contact us.
We do ask that dogs are kept under control and on lead around the farm, particularly because we have free-range chickens and our own dogs.

Yes. Families with children are welcome. If you are travelling with babies or young children, please let us know what you need and we'll do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The Haybarn is at Dell Farm, in the Norfolk countryside, close to the market town of Aylsham.
It's ideally placed for exploring both inland Norfolk, the Norfolk Broads and the beautiful North Norfolk coast which is just a 20-30 minute drive away. .

Aylsham is very close to Dell Farm and is easily accessible on foot. It's a lovely traditional Norfolk market town with shops, cafés, pubs and places to eat.

The North Norfolk coast is within easy driving distance, giving you access to some of Norfolk's most beautiful beaches, coastal villages and walks.
Is The Haybarn a peaceful property?
Yes. Dell Farm is a rural home and working farm, and we want to preserve its peaceful character.
